- Items are qualified for exchange only if they are unworn, unwashed, wrong size or defected in any way.
- Any item purchased on SALE are not eligible for a refund. Only size can be exchanged for items on SALE.
- New price will be charged if the same item was purchased during SALE and in case SALE is over at the time of exchange request.
- Damaged or defective items will be fully refunded or replaced, please contact our customer service team as soon as you receive the item.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and can't be exchanged.
Exchange Policy:
